FB11 series pneumatically driven conveyors
The small conveyor belt FB11 is characterized by its pneumatic drive using an ISO cylinder, drive lever and overrunning clutch.
A pneumatic cylinder uses a lever to rotate the drive roller. When the cylinder moves backwards, there is no backward rotation of the roller because of the one-way bearing.
The conveyor belt thus moves in one direction in fixed steps of approx. 25 mm.
The operation of the indexing conveyor requires no electricity.
Workpieces can be placed on the belt at fixed intervals.
The speed is controlled via 2 compressed air throttles on the cylinder.
The feed force can be limited using a pressure reducer.
2 cylinder switches are used to query the end positions of the drive cylinder.
