Application
With our multiple rotary axes, several workpieces can be machined on the peripheral surface at the same time. For example:
- Laser marking
- Engraving
- Application of media such as lubricant, adhesive or sealant
- Welding
Time savings when changing workpieces
Removable workpiece carriers allow loading by the operator while a second set of loaded carriers is being processed in the machine at the same time.
Due to the magnetic holder, the workpiece carriers can be inserted and removed again very quickly in the hollow shafts of the MFDA.
Time savings in the editing process
Up to 20 loaded workpiece carriers can be processed at the same time.
The processing machine does not have to be stopped, opened, closed and restarted after each individual workpiece.
