FB21 series miniature conveyor belts

Beschreibung

The conveyor belts of the FB21 series have an ultra-compact design due to the geared motor integrated in the belt body.

The conveyor roller diameter is just 37 mm.

Our mini conveyor belts are custom-made with a belt width of 50 mm to 100 mm and an overall length of 250 mm to 1000 mm.

The basic body consists of 2 half-shells made of VA sheet metal, which accommodate the rollers and the drive components and serve as belt support.

Depending on the size of the conveyor system, the highest conveying load is between 1 kg and 2 kg. the maximum speed at 30 m / min, depending on the belt load and size.

It is driven by a 24V DC motor with planetary gear and a toothed belt underneath the belt.
