Toothed belt conveyor with low-cost drive
Modular design
Multi-track conveyors can be created by stringing several timing belt conveyors together. The drive pinions are driven by a common shaft.
The mounting side of the drive can be customised.
Belt guide without flanged pulleys
Our ZF1325-30 timing belt conveyor impresses with its slim design and secure belt guidance without pulleys.
The toothed belt is conveniently tensioned using a tensioning eccentric.
Slim and slender
The ZF1225-30 has a timing belt width of 25 mm and a tooth pitch of 10 mm (T10) and fits into any gap thanks to its narrow deflection heads.
A 30x30mm aluminium profile is used for the core of the timing belt conveyor.
