Toothed belt conveyor, extra narrow and precise
The MM Enginering timing belt conveyor with easy drive® system combines all the advantages in one modular system.
Secure belt guide
The low-friction V-guide on the rail and the drive and idler pulleys guarantees that the timing belt runs perfectly straight.
The toothed conveyor belt is completely free here, without interfering side guides, flanged pulleys or other guide elements.
The timing belt remains securely on track even when the conveyed goods are pushed up and down sideways.
Space-saving design
The conveyor line is based on a 30x30 mm aluminium profile.
The belt width is 25 mm, the tooth pitch 10 mm (T10).
Very flat deflection lugs allow an extra narrow design to be able to convey into the tightest installation spaces.
Our 24V BLDC flat motor can even be positioned between the conveyor lines and therefore requires no additional installation space.
3 drive variants in the standard programme
- The compact version with 24V BLDC geared motor with integrated control. Can also be placed between the conveyor lines thanks to the hollow shaft.
- The pragmatic version with 400 V three-phase motor for tough continuous use
- The low-cost version with 24 V DC windscreen wiper motor for simple applications
- We also adapt other drives according to customer requirements.
Quick and easy belt change
To tension the toothed belt quickly and easily during installation, both deflection brackets are pushed with the MM parallel eccentric and then the side screws are tightened.
Non-intrusive deflectors (optional)
If the timing belt conveyor is used in an unprotected environment, we offer protective caps for the drive and return pulleys as accessories.
