Function
- The rotary stage can be rotated 360° after releasing the clamping lever.
- It can then be clamped again in any position.
- Locking every 90° by means of removable locking ball.
- Scaling in 2° increments on the circumference assists the operator with orientation.

Advantages
Fast rotary adjustment with little play
The rotary stage can be adjusted and fixed again very easily after releasing the clamping lever. The precise plain bearing has a play of less than 0.02mm both radially and axially.
Engaging 4x90° + scale with 2° graduation.
The rotary plate engages every 90° by means of a ball thrust piece.
The 2° accurate scale provides the operator with good orientation when setting the desired angle of rotation.
The disc can be clamped in any position.
Modular system
The DS12 rotary stage can be easily combined with all size 12 adjustment units.
Special features
Fastening nuts can be removed
The pressed-in M6 nuts can simply be pushed out and replaced by DIN912 cylinder head screws.
In this way, you can also fasten the rotary stage in threaded holes on the counterpart.
Locking ball easily removable
If the snap-in function every 90° is not desired, the snap-in ball including the pressure spring can be removed by unscrewing the pressure screw.
Clamping lever with parking function
After tightening, the clamping lever can be disengaged by pulling it out and swiveled into a less disturbing position.
After release, the lever re-engages by spring pressure.
