IP54 - protected against splash water and dust
Both the gear motor and the toothed belt drive are protected in a sealed housing. In this way, dusty or damp parts can be transported without hesitation.
Frequent cleaning of the conveyor system cannot harm the conveyor belt drive either.
Space-saving due to the internal drive
If the installation space of your construction is limited or a conveyor belt needs to be integrated into your machine to save space, you can use the advantages of the FB09 conveyor belt series.
Only the covered toothed belt drive protrudes over the belt conveyor on the drive side.
Smart controllable EC motor
The built-in 24V motor is brushless and therefore very low-wear.
The supplied controller is installed by the customer outside the conveyor belt in order not to come into contact with dirt and moisture.
It offers inputs for numerous external control functions such as start / stop, direction of rotation, speed (0-5V), motor brake and a digital speed output.
Production according to customer requirements
Each of our conveyor belts is made to customer specifications.
Belt widths between 50 mm and 300 mm are possible in 1 mm increments.
We also manufacture the conveyor belt lengths in 1 mm increments from 500 mm to 2000 mm.

We equip your conveyor with belts from numerous well-known manufacturers.
Whether antistatic, suitable for food, for congestion, with a high grip, with a structured surface, heat-resistant, washable, oil-resistant or in your favorite color. Everything is possible.
We also install belts with welded profiles of different shapes.
Variable fastening with T-slot profile
By using a groove profile as the base frame of the conveyor belt, it can be attached very easily in all positions.
The aluminum profile is also ideal for attaching additional components such as light barriers, sensors, deflectors or guide plates.
