Function
- The rotary stage can be adjusted manually by turning the scale knob.
- The scale on the rotary knob serves as orientation, but does not represent angular units. (i = 50:1)
- For direct reading of the angular position, we recommend our identically constructed rotary tables with position indicator.
- Due to the preloaded worm with worm wheel, no clamping is necessary after adjustment.
Advantages
Minimal backlash
The worm gear is preloaded and therefore has a very low backlash of max. 0.05°.
Self-locking gear
Due to the preload, the control knob offers some resistance when turning. This means that the rotary stage always holds its position securely.
Modular system
The DT36025 rotary table can be easily combined with all size 25 adjustment units.
Special feature
Adjustable scale
For free selection of the zero position, the scale ring can be rotated and clamped opposite the screw.

Industries and applications
Manually adjustable rotary tables are used, for example, in machine and special machine construction, in model and fixture construction in the automotive industry, in laboratory technology, precision engineering and in other industries for rotary positioning.
MME rotary tables are available with 54 mm, 80 mm and 150 mm diameter and for loads up to 500 N (50 kg), or 1000 N (100 kg). In addition, they are available with mechanical position indicator PA, and with electronic position indicator PAE.
