Toothed belt - axis of rotation

Fast dynamic rotary module as a supplement to the motorized rotary table series "SG-Line"

In order to meet customer requirements for rotary tables with higher speeds, we are currently developing a motor-driven toothed belt rotary axis.

We take over proven assemblies from the motorized turntables of the SG-Line, such as the extremely stable cross roller bearing unit including turntable.

As an alternative to the compact, stiff and low-backlash worm gear, we offer a very dynamic, backlash-free toothed belt drive with very good efficiency.

Modular rotating unit compatible with proven accessories

Applications such as three-jaw chucks, collet chucks or reference switches can be used both for the rotary tables with worm gears and for the new toothed belt-driven rotary axes.

2 variants of the motor assembly will be possible. Either on the side of the turntable or opposite.

The housing offers mounting options in all positions.
