Significant time savings
Workpiece change and machining at the same time
While a set of loaded workpiece carriers is being processed, a second set can be loaded at the same time.
Several workpieces are processed at the same time.
The processing device, e.g. B. Laser cabin does not have to be stopped, opened, closed and started for each individual workpiece.
Quick workpiece change
The interchangeable workpiece carriers are held in the hollow shafts by means of magnets and can thus be quickly removed and reinserted without tools.
The position is oriented using a locking pin.
The interchangeable carriers can be custom-made by MM Engineering.
Precise synchronous rotation - positioning
The hollow shafts are rotated and positioned synchronously using a precision toothed belt drive.
The toothed belt reduction to the motor is 4:1
