Manual 5-axis system for gap testing
The task was to reproducibly move a component that was visibly integrated in the dashboard of the vehicle in 5 axes in order to assess the appearance in different positions taking into account the gap dimensions.
The system could largely be manufactured from standard components of the MM Engineering positioning table system. Since both the development and the manufacture of our products take place in-house, we were able to implement a special solution at short notice.
